finally got my car fixed up and back on the road with a couple new mods, and of course went out for a photo shoot with some friends

Do you have high res versions for wallpapers? I put one of those pictures on my desktop and it's pretty grainy (I'm a quality whore) on my 1680x1050 res.

Man if I could get my car to look like that, I don't think I'd ever want another car again. But then again if it looked that nice I might be hesitant to drive it. It's a vicious circle.

Car looks wonderful. The lip is especially effective, brings the front down in a low flowing line.

i'll talk to my buddy who took the pics and see if i cant get some higher res versions out of him.

and now to the lip. it actually came off of a 07 STi. The only modding required to make it fit my bumper was a little notch in each corner so i could bring in the sides a little bit and i had to trim about and 1 1/2-2 inches after i got it all attached off of each side to bring it flush with the back of the bumper

I'm sure i could find a part number but the lip retails from the stealership at around $700. you can pick up replica versions or used lips off of nasioc from $100 and up. i got mine with one of the back corners a little goofed but it didn't matter because i was going to trim it off anyways

Yeah I found it on google shopping for about $550 but I believe they were replicas. Pretty ridiculous price on those things. For a molded piece of urethane.

definitely a ridiculous price for the authentic lips. try looking up a company called kakumei. you can usually get a replica lip for around $250-300 new.

thanks! nope, i picked it up about 8 months ago and finally got around to putting it on a few weeks ago when i got the car back on the road

Maybe in the future. I dunno, my car isn't in that great of shape, paintwise to be spending that much money on a lip. Especially when I could use new brakes much more. And many other things like a front swaybar.

I was kind of hoping they would have only been like $150...haha.

FYI for anyone looking for one, you can get an ebay one cheap. I don't know if the 04-05 fits the same, but I'm sure you could mod it easy enough, $65 shipped

Definately will do. I'm not gonna promise it'll go on right away as it's not that high on my priorities list but I'll snap some shots of it and tell you what I think of the quality when I get it. I'm not expecting it to be that good but I'm sure it'll be better than home depot garden trim.
