Help???? Grounded injector harness no start

So I was a dumbass in a rush and forgot to disconect the battery the other day when i went to measause the lengths I need the fuel rails. I pulled the injector harness off on 1-3 and I grounded the injector 1 possitive lead on a tool now I'm not getting fuel, spark, I've traced the whole harness from the injectors back to the ecu, all of the harnesses are intact an carry continuity.any ideas what it could be all of the relays as ignition fuel have been replaced and they power but I'm afraid it fried my ecu but I have two of them that are doing the same. I'm getting power to two of the four powers to the ecu but I can't figure this out an I reallly need this car on road.

Did you check the slow blow fuse in the engine bay?
I believe on the 90-91 MY's the injectors had 12v power all the time. This is fed through circuit MB3 (at least on the 90 MY), which is fed by slow blow fuse 2.
I would suggest checking the slow blow fuses.

Which are the slow blow fuses?? Are they the 45amp (red color)
yes the 90-91 did have a constant 12 volt power as this is what has doomed me
I've just rechecked the power supply to the ecu
b58 slot 12 ign switch
b48 slot 15 back up power
b48 slot 2 control unit power supply
b48 slot 13 control unit power supply
all have power
grounds
f47 slot 24 injector ground
f47 slot 25 injector ground
f47 slot 14 ground supply
f48 slot 11 ground supply

so the fuel pump relay is not powering anymore. the ignition relay does power for a brief moment an dies out, the switch wire for the relays are tracing back to the ecu. could this be a bad ecu issue. what are the relays above the fuse panel inside the cab be for???
Plus I'm not able to pull any codes from the ecu as well.

I've tryed with a spare but it might be bad as well I'm going to try
my ecu in another tleg an see if it is a ecu issue. Hope fully it's not an ecu
and something else since an ecu will be hard to find around here.

I'm not sure what color the SBF's are. They're the ones in the engine bay. I'd suggest pulling all the fuses and testing them with a multimeter for continuity. Here's a picture of the fuse box in the engine bay. Unfortunately, the SBF's are not labeled in that picture.

This diagram shows what relays are what.

I'll give it a shot thanks Josh

Well the ecu's are not the issue fired right up on another tleg, now I'm really stumped
back to tracing more wires I suppose.

Yup I've checked all of the fuses and no luck, I've came across a 4 wire dead end that has 1.5 amp mini breakers coul these have anything to do with this I'll take a pic.

Yeah take a picture of them. I'm not sure exactly where those would be.

Well Josh I looked at the sbf and the second 30a was blown on the side so I replace that, I had gotten
the tach to bounce a little bit but then it died out,
I had gottn the smell of fuel, still no ignition yet, swaped out the coil and went back to the old cam an crank
sensors before the tach bounced. I'm thinking there's a loose wire in the ecu
harness where it hooks up to the ecu.

Well those lil black 1.5 amp pieces are diodes we were able to get the ecu to work right
came out to be a bad tps code swaped the tps and swaped in another coil and it fired and it's back on
the road just need the emissions done, thank you everyone who has thrown in an idea.

Glad you got it sorted out.
