So my 90 legacy has almost 220k, im replacing my knock sensor today, and i was just curious what are some easy things to do to revive this thing a bit, nothing to major, already has exhuast on it tho....anything somewhat cheap to do just to get a few extra hp and have her run better?

Search and you'll find all about these suggestions:
- FIRST of all make sure you're Tuned Up - plugs/wires (Subaru only wires are best), air filter, etc.
- Cam grind - 15-30HP: Delta Cams in Tacoma, WA offers a couple different grinds; the top one can get you to 160HP (30 over stock), but you'll likely need some engine management to run it properly. $200 for both camshafts + your labor...these can be done w/the engine in the car..or so I've heard.
- Air Filter/Intake upgrade - 5HP: Do some research. Some of these just suck in hot air from the engine bay. Be sure you don't fry/kill your MAF sensor. $20 - $200+
- Exhaust - 5-10HP: Makes a bigger difference on the turbos; w/your 5-speed you can control the powerband better than an Auto, so you might also benefit. $150 ++++
- Crank pulley - 5HP: I've used the underdriven/lightweight and lightweight only. The lightweight only is best for me as the underdriven caused some unwanted noises from the P/S/Alt/AC pulleys. $50 used - $100+ new.
All the HP #'s are best guesses - I've got no dyno charts to prove 'em.
And there's more on here.
