So I've got a complete EJ22T and when I say complete I mean complete.
It has 110k miles on it and needs a timing belt.

I'm on the fence about boosting my 96 L versus going the H6 route but this thread isn't about that.

If I get enough interest in parting out my ej22t then I will.

I'd rather people buy this thing in chunks (ie complete block with exhaust parts)

Here's what I have:

EJ22T 370cc sidefeed injectors + rail
EJ22T intake manifold + throttle body
EJ22T heads
EJ22T block
EJ22T pistons
EJ22T rods
EJ22T crank
EJ22T exhaust manifold (I removed heatshields, they were rusty)
EJ22T catless uppipe
EJ22T VF11 stock turbo
EJ22T turbo oil/water lines
EJ22T oil pump
EJ22T water pump
EJ22T turbo coolant resevoir
EJ22T crossmember with power steering lines and steering rack (needs tie rod ends)

93 legacy alternator
93 legacy ac compressor
93 legacy power steering pump
93 EJ22T auto transmission with torque converter or whatever that thing is

PM me a price on the block. Just neeed the block halves to be honest but if it has to be complete so be it.

Hey all looks like there is some definite interest in my ej22t... so I will be selling it.

Motor has 110k miles on it but hasn't been run for about a year. The oil is golden brown with no contaminants...

$750 for everything you see in that picture

$500 for complete short block
$100 for the heads
$100 for intake mani with 370cc injectors and fuel rails
$100 for VF11 turbo with exhaust parts and O2 sensor
$100 for turbo crossmember


I think this is a fair price, but let me know what you guys think

I still have the AC compressor. I am not sure if it works, all I know is it came out of a running car that was in an accident. The compressor pully spins freely but since it's clutch based it will anyway... so I'm not too sure how I can really be sure if its functional or not.

I have no reason to believe that it doesn't work.

I guess you could determine what price is worth the gamble and we'll go from there.

may also be interested in vf11 as i bought a legacy sport wagon for $400 just needs turbo 4eat transaxle and vf11 to be daily again

Hey I checked out the VF11 it's going to need a rebuild, it's pretty hard to turn but nothing wrong with the blades. You might be better trying to find a TD04.

I do have the transmission still.
Can it go to a business address? It will make shipping much cheaper.

Yesh no bigggie i think i'd rather upgrade then just throw another vf-11 on it. I've heard good things with those td04-05 swaps.
And yes i only ship my stuff to my shop.

I got a guy in colorado that will do it for $350 but another that said $400?? What sounds fair to you?

I'd do it for $300 shipped. How's that sound? You may have to replace the dipstick tube because it's leaking, but that's about it.

Do you need the torque converter thingy that goes between the input shaft and the flex plate?

110k Mechanically sound i presume before you took out?

To be completely honest Dubs2.2 I never had a chance to drive the car that it came out of. I bought the lump from a wrecker and they stated that it the car got whacked in the rear quarter and was totaled by insurance and that it ran and drove.

I did find a cracked cylinder wall in the block though... but that doesn't mean that it didn't run and drive, yaknowwhatimean?

No problem. I'll hold onto the tranny for you. It might take me some time to ship it just a fair warning. I'm booked solid this weekend and next weekend.

If you'd rather just send a money order (USPS money order is best) I don't mind doing that.
Paypal is easier and preferred but if you don't want the hassle MO will be fine
It has to be a US Postal Service money order though. They are the only ones I trust

do you have center diff as well? I drained mine and foundfine fine metal paste thats where the binding is occuring when turning. the trans seems fine but am planning on replacement as i've heard it should be done.

or is it front diff??

I'd be selling you everything from the flex plate to the propeller shaft. Does that make sense? (Not including the flex plate or the prop shaft)

if you just need the center diff i may be willing to do something for you.

Well i am pulling the diff and trans tomorrow early morning. I will let you know if thats all i need i do feel I am needing trans replaced though i fill find out for sure for sure tomorrow morning
