ive been hearing a clunk from what sounds like the right front whenever i hit bumps, i did replace that cv axle and wheel bearing(both from autozone) i didnt know about re-using the stock nut till after i had the front end aligned and i think since i used the autozone nut the wheel bearing is daed but im not sure. ill try to get a sound clip up sometime soon. the clunk has been getting louder over time, i just have no idea what it is. i think i posted this in the right area of the site

ill try that tomorrow but im pretty sure the alignment shop would have told me cause the guy i go to takes every car out for a quick drive before calling the owner to come get it. so im pretty sure the components are tightened to spec but just to be sure ill check tomorrow

I often get a clunk from the swaybar endlink if it isn't tight enough.

I'd guess worn antiroll bar bushings as well.

what about your front struts? check the center nut on the front tophats, you'll need an alan wrench and i think a 17mm or 14mm wrench..... or just an impact driver

Another thing to check is the ball joint. I had a worn ball joint on my impreza. With the car sitting there it was not noticable. But with the front end jacked up and a pry bar to test, the ball joint had a half inch of play.

I would typically get this clunk when turning and the tire dropped down into a pot hole or dip. When I was doing my testing I took the sway bar links off to test and it made the noise go away because the sway bar was not exerting force in the opposite direction.
