So I bought my car like this and I just haven't got around to fixing it yet but it bugs me a lot. I think that people that owned it previously were backing up and caught the drivers side of the front bumper on something and it put a gigantic hole in the bottom, pulled the bumper forward on the drivers side. I want to know if I could hit that side of my bumper and straighten it back. Anyones opion will be considered cuz it bugs the hell out of me and I don't have the money to blow on a bumper. Here's some pics
Also they rubbed the chrome off of the strip on the bumper on the corner and I noticed that it would just peel off realy easy instead of sanding it off to paint it the same color. I think that it would make the paint job last longer too. Idk just a thought for those people that want to paint there chrome srtips the same color as there car.

Peeling that chrome off probably wouldn't be worth the effort when the strip can be removed entirely in seconds. I can't tell to look at the bumper, but I would bet you can save it as they're thick and tough. However, hitting it isn't going to do much of anything. To fix it right, you'll need a welder and heat gun. I fixed 3/4 of the circumference of a 4" circle punched into my rear bumper and filled two holes I drilled through the top for old fog lights and they came out great. The plastic is polypropylene and it is an easy plastic to work with. The heat gun is used to preheat the bumper so the weld rod will stick better, but it can also help bend things back into shape. You may also have to get the mounting holes back into shape as I suspect a few of them might be pulled out of shape a little. The problem part is going to be trying to fix the black unpainted part as it's finely textured, which would be difficult to replicate. And, yes, if you have to buy those tools it won't be much cheaper than a new cover (which will have to be painted) and probably a good deal more than a used one (which ay also be a little beaten up and probably have to be painted also), but then you'll have them for all kinds of useful jobs in the future.
To fix it on the cheap, though not as effectively, you'll still have to remove the cover. The cut sections can be filed and body filler used to get it to look like it should. Whether it can go back into place without at least a heat gun to ease it back into shape, I can't tell. If you want to try, you'll have to remount the bumper cover, leaving all the fasteners loose. When you get it to where it sits like it should, tighten everything up.

Just sand it a little bit and paint over it, unless you want it to look perfect.
Like Steve said, its a bunch of work to repair that.

I'm not even worried about fillin the wholes yet. I just want the cover to sit flush. only a couple of the places where the bumper bolts to got bent and I'm pretty sure that I can get them to straightin out, I just wasn't sure if I could get away whith the old board and hammer method without taking it off or if I would have to take it off to straightin them out. And I said for the people that are doing things to there car that make it look better and want to do things the right way and paint them and not just ripp stuff off there car to make it look ghetto like it's missing he trim. That's horrible. Who wants a crater in the middle of there moulding. Looks like crap. All I was sayin is it would be faster and easier to peel the chrome off than to sand it.

as for the peeling the chrome strips off, how do you get that damn double sided tape off? I want to "de-chrome" as much of my car as I can, but i pulled the front one off and the tape is a HUGE PITA to get off.
thanks

Mine peeled right off for the most part. Screwdriver got the rest I believe. I guess it depends on how exposed it was over the years.

ya true, i tried a screwdriver but it would take hours and hours to get it all off all around the car. I got some goop-off that I need to try.... but I still don't know if its worth that much time...

goo gone will help get rid of the sticky. You may have to scrape if there's some of the foam from the double sided tape left.
