Code 11,12 and 24. EJ20G 92' european

hello.
my engine is the ej20g with the stock tmic, if it helps to identify
car threw a cel, and it gave me code number 11 12 and 24. (taken from the Library)
11: crank angle sensor: No signal entered from crank angle sensor, but signal (corresponding to at least one rotation of the crank) entered from cam angle sensor
12: starter switch: Abnormal signal emitted from starter switch
24: air control valve: Air control valve inoperative (Abnormal signal produced in monitor circuit)
i dont know how old these codes are, but i suspect my air control valve needs a fix, since my idle drops so low when i hit my clutch when engine is warm. (and triggers my oil light sometimes) can this ACV make my engine hesitate and act strange when i accelerate, or does it just affect idle speed? (and clutching @ stops)
the starter switch thing, can it be ignored? its just the beeping sound when you turn the ignition on, right?
and the crank angle sensor. from what ive googled, this can really mess up acceleration and engine timing, right? can this thing be cleaned as easy as the ACV, or should i just replace it? (250ish$) my car always starts within a few turns, but it coughs at startup and my idle is a bit weird, sometimes.
have a nice day everyone

I would suggest clearing the codes and then rechecking before you proceed with any further diagnosis. Like you said, you're not sure how old those codes are, and sometimes erroneous codes get stored.

thanks. my speedometer also acted up today, hehe. when i floor my gas pedal, and get boost n acceleration, my speedo drops to zero, and then jumps all around the speedometer.
can the speedometer issue have something to do with the crank angle sensor?
anyone here with some words on that?

I don't think the speedometer would normally affect the crank angle sensor, but a bad speedometer can cause lots of weird issues. So if that continues I would check out the cable.
Is this AT or MT?

has anyone else had a problem with this sensor, or it's fuse or wiring? hopefully im getting some help with it on monday

the car sometimes hesitates at 4k rpm, and it feels slower when rising after that (maybe with some misfire/stumbling) i think this is because of my crank sensor. what do you guys think?
is the iac, code 24 only an idle problem? as i also got, when i stop in traffic. (rpm can dip very low and trigger my oil light)
new plugs and filters are ordered too.
codes havent been reseted yet, since the car has is away, having a wheel bearing fix

IAC should only affect the idle.

thanks 777
well, about my speedometer issue.
i was at the workshop today, to pick up my car. the guys working there are terribly slow... the car has been there 3 working days now, and theyve not changed the wheelbearing yet. what the heck.
they said my abs-feeler, on my right front wheel (with the bad bearing) , may be damaged.
from what ive googled today, many cars' speedometers are driven by that feeler.
is this the case with our awesome subarus?

im gonna try and explain the current issue a bit better here
when driving and flooring my pedal in lower gears, my RPM always has a stop at 4k rpm, and then it proceeds much slower. i can still redline it.
when i floor my pedal in second/third gear, goin for some boost, my speedometer falls to zero and jumps a bit around before working as normal.
inputs, anyone?

well, ive concluded that it is my crank sensor whos responsible for sloppyness over 4k rpm. gonna look at it in my vacation. the car is also a bit harder to start than it was when i bought it.
speedometer issue next.

Cool, well let us know how it turns out. I'd suggest trying to find a used crank sensor to test your theory. That'd be a cheaper option.

do you think i can pull off the sensor from my 90' 1,8 n/a mt?

i do not, hehe.

Look at the connector. If they're the same, it may work.

drove a trip on the highway now.
in third gear, when i push the pedal lightly, car pulls clean and nicely upwards, and i can easily redline it.
but in fifrth gear, pushing the gas lightly, my rpm's will stop around 3,5-4k, while my speedo went up to 80mph without problems , before i let go of the throttle, going down to around 55mph which is the speed limit.
