need a clearer shot of it, color of wires, year and model of car, also follow the wire tord the front, you might be able to solve it yourself, my guess? could be airbag, add on foglamps,.....

i thought the picture quality might be a problem, i can get a better picture when its light out, i used my cell phone, the wire on the right side of the picture is green w/ blakc stripe and the one on the left is yellow w/ red stripe. the car is a 1993 legacy l awd 4eat, the end on the left of the picture comes out where the wires for the headlight plug come out

ok lets do this, with the car on turn on your parking lites and use a 12volt test lite to see if theres power coming from the yellow with red, then do it with the headlites on

I can't see the picture due to the filters at work, but I would venture to say it's the sub fan short connector. If you plug it in the main fan should spin faster and the a/c fan should come on together.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that is the sub fan short connector. Connect it and see what happens :)

Just went and looked at the colors and I'm 90% confident that it's the sub fan short connector.
