Transmission blues

I got the hole swap done. Got the auto out and the manual in. 3 days later the transmission dies. 5 gear drops out. So I take to the transmission shop the the hole thing is shot. I've looking around for another 5 speed that will fit my 94 legacy gt.

What did they say is wrong with the transmission?

a rear wheel drive gear broke and fifth gear rounded out and this other transmission i got the sincros are gone in first and second

Got another. But the sincros are done in this one. And I just blow the clutch Thursday at the track. *cries* no luck right now. I'm going to make the two transmissions I have one but now I'm having a hard time finding a clutch that will fit.
