92 SS Partout Blitz

My motor seized, and I and the chassis are giving up the ghost.

I am going to get the shell hauled away this weekend, so if anyone has any requests for odd bits, get them in now.

If someone local wants the shell, its yours free if you can get it away this week.

There are many parts that are worth money, I am removing them and will put them up for sale later.

The purpose of this thread is to see what random things people may want.

I will be happy to pull and ship parts for a fair price, but please only mention something if you are serious about it, since I will likely spend my time pulling it if you say you want it.

It was almost a 4 year affair with this car, many many many memories come and go with its passing.

Where you located? Do you got a hood?

Why did the engine sieze? Is it a ej22t? any chance you could tear it down and examine the casings? If the casings are fine, i.e the bores and the journals I'll give you some cash for the block.

Phyrrah: I will pull the headliner and the belts, I shipped a headliner once, but it had to go DHL and it was expensive. I don't mind looking into it again.

I will pull the fenders off, they are 2 years old.

I am in Calgary, Alberta. So shipping is higher than within the 48. My hood has been modified to include the WRX hood scoop as seen above, and it also has a lot of 'character'. I would love to see it live on.

The extent of what has happened internally I don't know yet. I will be disassembling the block but not until after the shell is gone and I find the room and time to do the work. I am assuming the block will be fine and will be useful to somebody.

Wasn't that me you shipped it to? If so, it's still in my car and looks great with my canadian belts and trim pieces!

MattR: I appreciate the interest, and I can start looking into the cost and logistics of shipping it to you. However, there are a few people interested locally, so if they remain serious I will likely elect to keep the sale local to avoid shipping it

kimo: yep, that was us. I'm glad that you are still enjoying the belts and the aesthetics!

Handle: we will work out an agreement on the scoop, shipping the hood would be rediculous, pm me an offer and meanwhile I will check some shipping options

Turdboy: entire harness and ECU, hmmm... haven't taken one out before and have limited time. it would be the work i am charging for... $150 plus shipping?

This guy did a great job on packaging my headliner. In fact, I just looked behind me and that cardboard he shipped it in is still in my room haha. It arrived in great condition. The canadian headliner I got was much better than the USDM one that was in my car. The USDM one has particle board backing on the other side and the canadian one has a hard plastic piece that's somewhat flexible but stiff at the same time. It won't crease or bend nearly as easily as the cheap particle board and it won't absorb water.

Thanks for the replys. Please let me know what you would need for the headliner. PM me if you need more details, but the ZIP is 92530, and I can do a business (AKA has loading dock) if it makes a price difference vs. residential.

That sounds like a good deal to me! If you can get all the front underdash, with engine harness, and the ecu. That would help immensely. If you could email me at Benshoover@gmail.com and we can discuss this further. This would basically finish my project!

sorry that i can't quite keep up with the requests, time is proving limited as my other car is giving me onions at the moment too

for what it is worth i do not have a functional revtronix chip, i know my sig is misleading in this regard, i'll change it

my revtronix chip was DOA, and he had disappeared by the time I installed it

Not for your '94, one of them was cracked and the other had the tab broken off, so I chucked them.

But I do have a set of 90/91 pre-facelift corner markers that are perfect
