Re: Who Wants to Play a Game? (Color Codes)
Supposedly mine is also Rio red, but in comparison to jake15's it looks like a completely different color.
I guess his is what you look like if you actually clean the car. Unfortunately the first picture is the only one I could find of my car in a darker lighting condition haha

Re: Who Wants to Play a Game? (Color Codes)
A 1990 on paper, but it was made in February of 1989. I love this car You can kind of see my RS in the background of the first picture. At least the wing.

Alright I'll play.
1993, Teal Metallic #281
I think Teal Metallic was like one of the most common colors wasn't it? I seem to just see loads of L AWD Teal Metallics running around lol.

Re: Who Wants to Play a Game? (Color Codes)
Thanks, man. Unfortunately I sold them though, the tires on them were sort of shot, and the little 14" rims that are original to the car had brand new Toyos on them, so I sold off the Forester rims and went back to my hubcaps lol.SWRT wrote:I really like your wheels, man. That's awesome, seems like the 1993's weirdly survived more than the 94's. Sadly I don't think 1994 will ever be complete just because of "Desert Plum Metallic" (42A) because it only came on the Sun Sport and I've never even seen one of those even in up close pictures lol.originalcyn wrote:Thanks Hyena! I was thinking of some Forester rims, but ended up getting WRX rims.
Re: Who Wants to Play a Game? (Color Codes)
I do have some pictures of my friend's old 91, but I'm not sure which blue it was. He sold it a few months ago.

Who is that a question for SWRT?
Re: Who Wants to Play a Game? (Color Codes)
Oops. Sorry. That one was for you.
It looks like one from the angle of your car.
May be stock for all I know, but I've never
seen one on a Legacy before in person.

SWRT, sorry about the delay on that, i was having some migration issues.
She needs buffing, and paint, and some other things, but here's where she's currently at:

It actually looks pretty good on there. Usually when you try and take newer things and put
them on an older car it looks wrong, but that's nice. Thanks for the pictures

No problem, sorry for the delay. I actually am pretty fond of how it looks, but it really does look better in person.
Re: Who Wants to Play a Game? (Color Codes)

Re: Who Wants to Play a Game? (Color Codes)
lol, yeah on ebay honestly. It's there to cover up a bunch of scratches in the glass. The guy who had the car before me worked for the DOD, so when he sold it to me he got paranoid that i would try to steal his identity or something, so he used a screw driver to take off that DOD sticker.
