93 turbo wagon rebuild

warning lots of bad cell phone pics
Some of you may remember reading my post about my 92 satin black legacy

Well as time went on the rust just kept getting worse till the point where i said enough is enough and bought a new shell.
1993 legacy L
N/A, auto, no sunroof

plans for the car was to strip it down and swap all turbo parts and 5 speed from old car into this clean shell

everything got stripped for new fresh paint
motor, tranny, bumpers, hood, fenders, dash, wiring harness and trim all had to be removed
went with 51E subaru aspen white
and figured while i was in there i should replace the suspension
picked up a set of bc racing coil overs

car is going back together now
picked up a rebuilt a ej22t with dohc heads
and going to be installing some parts i had sitting around that were ment for the old car
vf10 turbo
04 wrx top mount
group N motor mounts
new brakes all around
rs rear arms with sway bar mounts
05 sti sway bars front and rear

NICE! Yes please do post more pics. I like how you painted the mouldings. I will do the same, when i repaint my car...

doing a little more painting then it will be ready for official photoshoot
days are getting shorter and its not the warmest up here right now so its hard to get work done
but the swap went well and she is running really well

i reckon get the centers of the wheels done in black or even white on white and it will set it off

clear those amber plates on your tail lights and i think you will never have to do anything to the outside of your car again.

i have a spare set of rear tails that i was thinking about pulling the amber out of i just read the how to the other night
the only other exterior mods i want to do are 06/07 sti front lip and try to find some of the oem side skirts and rear lip that came on Australian cars

Re-black your lower grille. Not a fan of the painted trim either, but overall I love the look you achieved.

Wow looks great makes me miss my white wagon. Cant wait to get my 93 white sedan out and about.
