It is a dimmer light switch, and it comes on Foresters and some or all 2nd gen Imprezas. I put them on all my cars except sunroofed ones due to a height issue. Just need to find a donor with a sunroof.

Whatever it is, clean that corrosion off before you install it.

Mike did you put that on my car then? It fit on the turbo just looked like it got water in it from the sunroof or something and shorted out.

Nope, that's the one that came with the car. Prob got that way from the leaking sunroof. The bottoms are marked either sunroof or standard, and are different depths to accommodate the roof type.

spent the afternoon painting the grill. Tired of the stock look. Accidently deleted the before picture, but I am sure we all know what a stock grill looks like

Nice grill. I just scored an almost paint chip free spoiler myself in pearl white even! Swapped that over and she's looking a little prettier.
