Hi,
Can a 94 ej22t harness power a ej20g engine with some mods required?
Or should i source out a 20g Harness?

Short question lookin for a short answer.
Ill be searchin in the mean time.

Yes, I'm sure 99% of those running EJ20G motors on the board have EJ22T wiring. You just use the wasted spark setup off an EJ22 instead of the coil-on-plug from the '20g.

If he has the forester EJ20G it's already wasted spark so just swap on your harness but you'll need to cut it up and possibly lengthen some wires because the setup is different.

So over-all I can keep the 22t, extend and or covert a few things at most depending on which 20g I go with.

ALso you can run the 20g ecu on the 22t harness with some pins moved? Correct?

how different is the 91 harness compares to the 92-94 for a ej20g swap?
I heard 91 was different?

'91 is different. All the same functions exsist, but the actual connectors (and possibly wire colors) are different. As long as the engine harness matches the shell harness, all is good.

No, just use the matching EJ22T engine harness. '91>'91 or '92up>'92up.
