My friend texted me earlier about this to tell me the cop said WRX's and STi's are ALMOST as fast and agile as Crown Vics

I thought this was a spoof for a second:

Curious.

Cause, you know, hitting a cop car w/ your hand, well, hurts.
"he was dressed in black slacks and a button down white shirt and handcuffs."
He even dressed in handcuffs. Must be a pessimist.
