FS:Black 1989 Nissan 240sx Coupe

I have a 1989 240sx coupe for sale or for trade, it has 120k on it, motor is still strong, KA24E SOHC. I am looking for a legacy SS coupe wagon, MT, AT whatever you got. 
New parts on car;
Tokico HP Struts and Springs
Catco Cat
Ebay header back w/ test pipe
NGK ignition wires
Sachs Clutch Slave cylinder
Still in box:
Bosch o2 sensor
EGR blockoff plate
Tokico Brake master cylinder
Sachs Clutch master cylinder
R33 Skyline (30mm front/rear calipers)
z32 Ebrake assembly w/ wires
z32->S13 stainless steel conversion brake lines
Ceramic front/rear brake pads
Cross drilled & Slotted rotors front/rear (redrilled to 4x114.3) or 5 lug
Timken front/rear wheel bearings
Timken rear diff seals
the bad:
-the car does have some rust on the driver side frame rail, a typical spot on an s13 chassis

-The clutch fork is loose, the idiot I bought it from forgot to install the retaining clips on the throwout bearing and the fork...the clutch looks new, the bearing just slides back and fourth on the input shaft with no signs of the clips anywhere...I have all the parts needed just no time to do it...

aside from that this is an awesome car, it could probably use an alignment and to have all the nice parts I bought for it installed by someone who has time for this project. It also has the rare HUD dashboard w/ digital speedometer, dash does have some cracks. I barely got to drive it...sad to see it go but I need to get rid of one of my cars and get a DD. LMK what you have....prefer an AWD subaru but would consider other trades or cash.
Asking for $3500 with everything, or $2500 w/o the R33 brake stuff.
