Hey guys, I have been running stage 2 for a bit. Feels very good! Yet I feel I can get a bit more everytime I drive the car. Now on revtronix's website can't pull up requirements. Pretty sure it said to remove the snorkal in the fender and I need a full 3" exhaust with a free flowing axle back.

Currently only have a catless DP 3" bell mouth matted to a stock gutted mid pipe with axle back.

I don't have a revtronix, but I remember that a desnorkel was part of the stg 2 prerec's.

I am going to tackle removing that huge box than.......

I removed the snorkel well before the stage 2 chip was installed.

I saved the revtronix website in May 2010. It's the stage 1 chip which states the snorkel should be removed:

Here here,i also did it with my chip.Never tried it without the snorkel so I cant compare the difference.

It's pretty cold and there is a snow storm now so probably going to leave it till the end of the week. Any tips to easily remove it?

Haven't done it on my SS yet, but on my Forester, 2nd gen legacy and impreza you had to remove the passenger fender.

To clarify, you need to remove the fender liner, not the fender.
