Hey guys after I swapped my car to 5spd I noticed right around 40mph my car vibrates but not a consistent vibration. I only swapped the propeller end and I am wondering if there is a particular way the balancers should be lined up? There is 2 ways the properly can go on so I am thinking I should remove the 4 bolts and spin it so the balancers line up differently but more curious if there is a certain way they should be lined up?

Some help would be much appreciated!

I'm guessing you have the two-piece drive shaft. You can try it the other way and see if it helps. I don't recall when I swapped to the two-piece drive shaft if it was marked one way or another.

How does the carrier bearing support look? Does it look saggy/worn. Are all the trans mounts in good shape?

I replaced the 2 bushings on the bracket, replaced my crossmember bushings with poly ones, replaced main mount with group n and there was no change obviously stiffer but no change in vibration. The bearing actually seemed fine the rubber was a bit worn but didn't seem like the issue no play in anything really.

I think I will try rotating the propeller and see if it stops the vibration.

You want to keep the u-joint in phase or in line. You shouldn't have the rear part of the driveshaft rotated to where the joints don't line up. They should all be in a straight line.
