Hey guys, just got a 94 touring wagon with 220,000 miles. Has a dent in the rear drivers side door and the hatch door, but neither are into the paint. I paid 1400 for it, which seems a little high until you see how well the guy took care of the rest of the car, and he drove it between Washington (st), Arizona, and Tennessee multiple times.
It has brand new factory size 80000 mile bf goodrich touring tires on 15 inch bbs wheels. New timing belt, new serpentine belt, new brakes, struts 15,000 ago, new axles, new brakes, fresh oil change, and a spotless interior. Under the hood is super clean, no leaks from anywhere, and barely even any grime on the valve covers considering the miles. The only thing it needed was plugs and wires, which I just replaced (and really I couldn't detect a lack of performance), and possibly a speed sensor. I have a check engine light coming and going and my speedo sometimes lags or gets stuck, but I haven't had a chance to do the diagnostic test yet. I found the green connectors, but not the black, and I couldn't get the check engine light to come on at the time, anyway.
I love the car; it drives super smooth and has tons of low end tourque, and I can't wait to learn more about it ( and get my dents fixed). I don't have image sharing, is there any way I can upload pics directly?
