Got in my car and the CD player and dome light and overhead lights in my legacy weren't working. So I checked the fuses.

The fuse for "radio" is fine.

but the one for "clock, room light" was blown.

So I replaced it with the car off, turned it on accessory and everything worked, started the car and it blew again..

WTF?

Any help ASAP would be awesome.

Thanks guys.

sounds like you have a aftermarket cd player. I would check your wiring for a short to ground behind the cd player. if it is not that then you will need to disconnect each light until it stops blowing. also disconnect the harness to the cd player and then try again. it may be bad.

Yeah I'd start with the cd player...sounds like the accessory 12v source for the radio may be powering other accessories causing it to blow.

Not really sure what to look for exactly, not too experienced with wiring, but I pulled out my cd player and unplugged it and the problem was still there. :/ it really sucks having no music.

Is it an aftermarket cd player?

Look at the electrical connector plug that plugs into the cd player. The three wires you're interested in is the red, yellow, and black wires. The red is the 12v switched wire, the yellow is the 12v constant wire, and the black is the ground wire. Follow those wires from the connector and see where they go. Check to make sure the insulation on the wire is good and you don't have any bare wire exposed.
