Legacy TW in Allstate add?

Spotted this out of the corner of my eye while gaming.
This looks to be a gen1 TW .
0:10 partial Profile and check out 0:17... is that a hoodscoop I spy?

It's a 2nd gen GT (possibly an outback but I don't see a raised roof), you can tell by the tail-lights and scoop. Good eye, though - I've seen this ad on tv several times and never noticed that it was a Subaru.

I noticed it too and from the top profile and shape I see a second gen. like mike said.
