Hi guys, im an Impreza guy myself, so appolgies if this is in wrong section or anything :)

A mate of mine is looking for a FMIC kit for his lovely Black Leggy, beleive the 2005 - 2009 model is his, have seen some nice kit from Perrin, but its a bit pricey at 1200 dollars.
He wants a kit that is easy fit, requires the least amount of hacking and cutting,, as he wants to keep the stealth and oem look.
Reason for the need of better I/C is he is fitting i think a VF 46 turbo
Any recomendations or pointers would be really appreciated.

Thanks
Ken

might wanna check out legacygt.com.

i have a fmic, but i have a rotated intake manifold.

search the vendors on LGT and see what suites your needs. you dont need a fmic with a vf46.

also, used parts never hurt. especially on the pockets.

Think he is hoping for up and around 340-360bhp. Andhe has been told that the standard Plastic tank TMIC isnt up for much.
Out of interest is it possible to fit Newage Sti impreza TMIC? i know he said throttle body is different so i was wondering would fitting a newage STI impreza inlet mani with tumbler deletes and using the STI tmic be an option??

I'd second checking out www.legacygt.com/forums That's going to be your best resource for that generation legacy.

Doesn't the turbo outlet have an actual flange on the newer GT? might wanna check that out too and make sure you get what you actually need
