New guy with an old wagon

Hi -- name's Alex, figured I'd introduce myself here since I'll be using these forums more and more in the coming months (/years?).

Through my friend Nick (BCTurbo555) I talked Matt (SuperRallyRoo) into selling his beautiful '92 touring wagon.

And i LOVE it! Really great car, and has everything I want in a car -- fun + utility. It has all the mods I'd ever want to do, so no big plans, really. Boost gauge isn't working right, so I bought a new one today.

My primary automotive interest (and specialty since I work on a ton of these cars) is my s13 240sx.

I do a lot of autox mostly. Car looks pretty stock but is far from it :) All the money is in the susp and the motor, though -- aero doesn't do it for me.

Other cars I've owned:

Grey market e30 323i (that I sold to buy the wagon):

95 miata w/ torsen, koni/gc, etc etc (bad pic)

My wife drives an 01 legacy gt 5mt, as well. Ok car, but I prefer the wagon :D As you can see I pretty much have no automotive allegiance, just love cars :)

Anyhow, hi!

Ha, thanks.

I've tried all the fun little sport compacts.

Here's a couple others:

First 240-

Also had 3 3g (86-89) accords; my first love.

A tercel 4wd for like a week. And I've flipped 2 other 240s in the last couple months.

I think that's it lol. Automotive ADD for sure.

edit: oh wait, I had a b13 sentra se-r for a while as well. GREAT little car.

B-13 Sentra SE-R is a heck of a little car. That area around that Golf looks east of Portland, is that a good guess?

Hey Alex. Nice meeting you at Golden Gardens. Don't know how I missed your thread since I'm on here pretty much every day. Love the car collection you've had. Mine is just as mixed since I'm the same way. Gearhead. I've had 91 mustang gt, 95 trans am firebird, 99 civic SI, integra, 93 touring wagon, 01 diesel f250 lifted, 05 M3 6spd competition package, and now 5 subarus lol.
Anyway, I'd love to take my car auto-x. Do you ever do it up here?

Oh, and nice wagon. Need more pix.

Yes! Nice meeting you :)

I just love cars haha. Quite the affliction/addiction.

I go to packwood, wa semi-frequently for autox, but I have yet to hit up Shelton or Bremerton for events.

I don't know where packwood is. I assume down south? How much does autox cost?

Packwood is between rainier and helens.

NWAA has practice weekends there for ~$100, but we get unlimited runs so it's more worth it than traditional four-run autox.
