Ive got a 92 legacy SS. I just got an 4 wire HKS FCD and I wired it up. I ran the wires through my firewall and to the pressure sensor. I spliced the RED wire from the FCD onto the YELLOW/RED wire coming out the top of the brown sensor (pressure exchange I think, could be wrong). I grounded the BLACK wire from the FCD to the chassis, the WHITE wire from the FCD I put going towards the pressure sensor onto the WHITE wire i cut just to the right of where the pressure connects to the rest of the harness. I connected the YELLOW FCD wire to the other side of the vehicles cut WHITE wire which goes towards the ECU. Please let me know how i installed it wrong because the car will not get on boost

Thanks,
Grant

Grant,

You got everything right except the pressure sensor. You want to connect the FCD's white & yellow wires to the black wire going to the pressure sensor.

The white wire going to the pressure sensor is the reference voltage supply. If you haven't downloaded it yet, download the service manual from me. It's got the wiring diagrams and info in section 2.7, (page 223 of 335).

Also, found this diagram for the HKS FCD for future reference.

Make sure you resplice that white wire well, and all your connections are good. Let us know after you fix that if you still have issues.
