Im going to replace my oil pan on my 1995 Legacy L (2.2 manual)-
Apart from the gasket and my exhaust flange gaskets is there anything else i should do when im in there?
Anything I should check out w/ pan off?
Do you guys usually clean your PCV valves or buy new ones?

Can't do it from there, it's around your crankshaft, behind the timing cover, timing belt, accessory belt, crank pulley .... basically way to far to do unless you're doing a full timing belt job!
but back to your oil pan gasket; you need to torque in a X pattern ... in case you didn't know, but that's about it .. clean your oil pick-up while your at it
Good luck

I appreciate it, thanks. Didn't know about the X-pattern (50/50 i woulda done it though!). Damn Chilton Manual leaves a fair amount up for guess work too.
