Lowering springs? shocks? where to buy from cheap(ish)store?

What kind of lowering springs+shocks are avaliable for our cars? man i came from the BMW E30 community where everything is so easy and avaliable. i can't find anything for sale for our cars......like visual mods.

How come you posted this in community projects? You generally use anything from GC imprezas 93-01 or 04 STI struts or KYB GR2 struts with H&R springs or something similar. This is all covered in the suspension sticky and numerous suspension threads.
