well i ordered my new jdm mirrors a couple weeks ago what you guys think. these are what colin mcrae used on the 555 legacy, the cool thing is how light and wind resistant they are going to be.

akira also makes the oem sti stickers for our cars.

I think you meant to say aerodynamic not wind resistant. How much are they?

How do you find all the cool stuff?

On a rally replica like above they look cool.

On a normal Legacy I think the OEMs would look better. Maybe painted OEMs?

I thought you were getting the rally ones on that rally car in the picture.

they are the same ones in the first pic, subaru took them of the subaru rex and put them on the legacy rally car. second pic is gt style mirror's

when it comes to rare parts the price is threw the roof, 560 to my door step.


next on my jdm hit list for my legacy is the 260km speedo with the 9000rpm tac.

Man I wish I had that much money right now I'd buy a new steering rack.

Well my mirrors have arrived it only took 4 days from Japan..... They look amazing and are so light it's crazy, instal pics soon.

hey this is a little off topic lol but how do you get the trim that goes around the wind shield and does and the little window in back (the flat black section in the picture) really like the way it looks and i want to re paint mine and i need to replace one of them anyways lol

Remove the rubber door seal around the area and you will see some gold philip head screws remove them first thank you can carefully remove it and try not to break the clips. You can buy the clips ahead of time but if you break the clip that is part of the trim just silicone the trim when you put it back on i guess.

The rear trim pops off if you unclip it carefully.

okay and the rubber door seal should be able to go back on if i dont rip it?
