WTB coolant reservoir that works

I nave 1993 legacy turbo I have been through three reservoirs now. I need one that works, maybe a metal one or if someone knows of a different mAke or model that has one that will work.

i have a stock coolant resovoir that does work, the nipple on the back broke off and i threaded in a fitting and sealed it. 10 + shipping?

Worst case I will take it but I did that to mine also and it hold for a bit but then dies. What did you use to seal it?

i would just get a metal WRX coolant tank (don't break), thats what i did cuz I went through the same thing, they kept breaking. I got mine off ebay for like $50 incl. Shipping. The only thing is they aren't a direct bolt up to the stock location so you'll have to make a bracket or something, at least i did due to my fmic piping being in the way, maybe other people have made it work.

Ya I am fixing my old one now and I know a guy from awdpirates.net who is sending me a wrx one. Its interesting that Subaru didn't come up with something for this problem long ago unless it takes 15+ years to show up.

All the more reason to do a DOHC Swap
