92-94 To 90-91 Front End Swap

-I was curious about an idea. I have a 92 legacy ss and I wish I had a 90-91 body ss. But what if I just changed the front end? So my question is, can you swap the front ends of the cars with minimal modifications? (90-91 front end on a 92-94 ss)
- I just like the front ends of the 90-91's better than the 92-94's. They look a little meaner, more aggressive! Any input is appreciated!

You'd have to swap the entire front end, IE, hood, fenders, lights, bumper. Headlights and corner markers both have different plugs that would need to be re-wired. Headlights also have different mounting points that you'd need to figure out. I've done the exact opposite of what you want, but you have to be willing to hack your car apart just a little bit!

-I also heard that the front ends of the 90-91's are a little shorter too. Is this true?

It's superficially shorter. The underlying structure is the same, but the headlights come out further, with the bumper extending in turn. Earlier headlights also suck even worse than the later ones. I noticed no improvement going from a 1983 GL with its terrible rectangular sealed beam halogens (dictated by stupid US regulations) to the Legacy.
