So got done changing the valve cover gaskets today and there is a weird noise now. It might have been there before but I don't remember it. Can anybody identify what the high pitched noise is when the revs drop?

Sounds like a belt rubbing on something. Did you remove any of your accessory belts to get to the valve covers?

No didn't touch them. That doesn't mean that that isn't the problem though. I took them off to change the crank pulley. I will check it out.
