VA(22932)94 Legacy turbo wagon engine seized - any offers?

It's not been a good year (see below), but car was running nicely til Thursday when the engine stopped for no reason that we can understand. Need to get it out of my driveway, wouild like to see its bits being useful to someone here.

Valve cover gasket & oil pan gasket replaced February
Starter & alternator replaced in January, about 2k miles ago (both new),
Tires new in October, (not sure mileage but less than 8k), MAFS replaced in October, too...(I hear the factory that makes these in Japan may be in some trouble so worth grabbing?)
Engine was replaced Jan 2010 (ouch)
Car has 181k miles, bought it in 2003, with about 110k
I have more details if anyone is interested, and most receipts.

It's not beautiful but most things work - ac recharged last summer, good heater (w spare fan),
body has dents & scratches, radio/CD player is somewhat temperamental.

Anyone?

I am in Virginia, nr to Charlottesville.
Like it says in the title, the engine is seized (just making sure you see).

Will try to add some pix below -fingers crossed. Let me know if there is anything in particular I should add.

If the images do not work, check the Picasa album

Found more receipts:
Gaskets feb '11
New starter & alternator jan '11
Tires=negotiators 195/60/15 w 6k miles, new in oct '10
A1 Cardone Mass Air Flow Sensor - new sept '10
AC recharged & Brakes flushed, august '10
windshield replaced june '10
replaced Ej22T from engineandtransmissionworld.com in jan '10 - mechanic complained about mounting it, whatever that means. No idea what went wrong with it - oil changed regularly, it was running fine, just went.
auto trans flush sept '09

Car always started right up, went fine.
Oh, moonroof is cracked, it opened last time i tried but that was awhile ago because i had to close it manually. It was leaking because of the blocked drain issue which people here posted about, was fine after we cleared the lines (not leaking thru the moonroof crack)
No antenna, I always use an mp3 player or the temperamental CD player, maybe the radio is not working. Not sure.

That is all I can recall right now.

I have been, ahem, advised not to try & part it out - no garage. (Anyway, I'm a girl  )
Make me an offer!

Starting with the worst bit of body damage here - dent, with trim coming off passenger door
If these work I will add more

Bheinen74, Iowa, yeah that would be a stretch. Too bad.
I am car shopping now and not liking what i see. Tempted to repair the wagon again, but that idea dropped like a lead balloon when I mentioned it. Sometimes it is just time to say enough. I never know when that is. Thinking I will put it on ebay & see what happens.

What would you think i could get for it? I have been told to ask $800, does that sound crazy?

I still have the wagon...someone ought to put oldbluelegacy's ej22t in it!

I have added more pix here

I was asked about rust - it is a '94 and shows the wear one would expect - scratches & dents - but rust is not an issue - at least I haven't noticed it. I went out w camera to look for some, and found one spot inside the passenger door. If you want more pix let me know.

Should have found this a month ago when I had money. :(
I'm ~20 minutes away if anyone wants eyes-on unbiased opinion. OP has done a pretty good job with pics though.

Still have the wagon but wanted to mention that it is now on eBay...

1994 Subaru Legacy Turbo AWD Wagon automatic 181k miles, non-runner

It had been my daily driver, has current VA state inspection til 03/12. I was driving it home when the engine just stopped.
Good AC & heat, ABS, AWD - this car is great in snow & turbo means it is too much fun to drive.
I bought it in NC in 2003 (with about 115k miles), spent one winter in Philly, it has been in VA since 2004, so no rust issues.
Car well-maintained, regular oil changes, etc., I have most receipts & service records.
Wear & tear as expected from age - body has dents & scratches, but car is accident-free, pretty much rust-free.
Dented passenger side rear door.

Details: Starter & alternator replaced January 2011, about 2k miles ago (both new),
Tires have 6k miles, new in Oct '10
New Mass Air Flow Sensor - Sept '10
AC recharged & Brakes flushed, August '10
Windshield (tinted) replaced April '10
Replaced engine with one from engineandtransmissionworld.com in Jan '10. No idea what went wrong with it - it was running fine, just stopped.
Automatic transmission flush Sept '09

Issues:
Not running - shaft still turns half rev each way, probable top-end piston damage.
Moonroof cracked, but doesn't leak (as long as drainage lines are kept clear), doesn't close except for manually (not sure about opening as one manual close was enough for me)
Radio/CD player is temperamental, no antenna.
Duct tape on center console from seatbelt replacement last year.

I have another car so need to free up driveway space!
