Sounds like seafoam, which I've used and works great. Seafoam is available at walmart and most autopart stores, not sure about the SA459 stuff.

Do you poor seafoam in the vacuum line or brake booster for a 92?

I pour 1/2 into the gas tank, 1/2 into a cup and pull off the vacuum hose from the brake booster and use that to suck up the contents from the cup. Shut off the car, wait 5 minutes then restart, and enjoy billowing clouds of smoke for a few minutes while the engine is being cleaned, lol.
Or if I am about to do an oil change I put 1/3 into the tank, 1/3 into the oil and 1/3 into the vacuum tube. After about 10 miles of driving I change the oil, don't want to leave it in too long.

You know I was a firm believer in seafoam too, but upon inspection of my motor it didn't clean anything there was still a noticeable amount of carbon on the top of the piston, and valves. Seafoam probably 1000-2000km before it was disassembled. I ran it through the pcv, iac, throttle body, booster also in the gas tank!

It got Kimokalihi's stuck valves to move again, and it did the same on my 91 Toyota pickup. Might want to check the sparkplugs after doing it.

I'd go the seafoam route as well. I'd also recommend letting the engine suck it through the PCV valve hose because it is more centrally located in the intake manifold and will more likely go to all cylinders. The brake booster vacuum line will only let it go to cylinder 4.

Well what I did was seafoam it really good, then replace the spark plugs, air filter, pcv, check all hoses reset ecu.

All right!!!:D
You know what, I was wondering where to poor, and my buddy helped me decided on the PCV valve as well to feed all parts of the engine equally. Happy to hear confirmation that it is the way to go. Didn't poor the entire 1/3, rather less, fed the crankcase and the fuel tank as well (1/8 fuel left, ran techron last week).
Cranked it, no smoke, but feels a better. Added 1/3 of a tank of 91 and took it on the freeway for a ride. Feels better, cleaner (I cleaned the pcv valve as well), engine light still came on, but that might change as the crap keeps coming out, I change the oil / filter, and manage to find the IAC to clean it up (which in my understanding could be THE issue).
We'll see....!
