Around 200-240 or so.
The TD04 is really a small turbo for that setup and will hold you back.

I know that but for now i have no more money for another turbo. What if i ordered 9.0:1 wiseco pistons?

That would help, and maybe get you in the 240 -250 range.
To give you an idea, I was running stock internals, TD05, 3" turbo back exhaust, custom intake, and a full stand alone and made around 240 hp. The limiting factor was the injectors.

I've since rebuilt the motor and have Wiseco pistons, which upped the CR a little and Delta 220 grind cams. It should help a little bit off boost and transition between non-boost and boost, and upper RPM's

I would suggest a TD05 and instead of spending money on cams why not spend it on DOHC heads?

I'm not sure if Josh was talking about the 525s but I know 525 STI injectors (they're not 550s as everyone calls them) max out about the same time the JECS MAF will max out so there's not much point going any bigger without stand alone that's capable of running MAP based tuning.

Already had the cams in before the motor went. Was planning on leaving it like that till it spun a bearing. I plan on going with a td05 or bigger in the future but ive run out of money. For now 240 to 250 wheel is fine with me.

Sounds like a stretch to me but I suppose it's possible.

I also need to know what clutch/flywheel setup i need. It has a 5 speed swap that was done before i got the car so im not sure what its out of. i do know that its a push style, cable and it is 4.11 final drive,.

Yes they were the yellow STi injectors.
For the set of injectors I have, they're closer to 550, than 525.
