are there any differences in rear tail lights of wagons in european models?

Most if not all have a rear foglight on the drivers side taillight. This is accomplished by using the reverse light spot. for example a LHD wagon will have the left reverse left replaced by a red lens for the foglight while a RHD wagon will have the right reverse light replaced by a red lens. Other than that I'm pretty sure wiring is the same but don't quote me on that.

That or Oskar has a usdm one. From what i remember, both taillights should be like the left one...

I'm very familiar with euro market taillights, the above picture is not usdm.
