Air Bleeding from Brakes on 93 legacy

Hi Guy's.
I was tought how to bleed air from the brake system, my question is:
Does the Master-Cylider should be the closest to the Brake-Master-Unit
before i Being bleeding air ?
In other words, should i pull out the PADS, rewind the brake-cylinder, do
the bleeding proccess and then put back the pads and everything ?
Thanks in advance for any help.
