Looking for a servicable EJ25 normally aspirated shortblock. Phase 1 EJ25D or phase 2 EJ251 should suffice.

Let me know what you have. Shipped to 92530 or 95205 - or located for pickup in Southern to Central California.

Thanks.

I have an unassembled phase 1 EJ25. It needs a crank, main bearings, 1 rod, but otherwise I believe it is ready to go. I got it from Chris a couple years ago - http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=42761.

I got it for the intentions of putting it together and dropping into my SS but ended up going another route.

I'd like to get $200 plus shipping and paypal fees. I am asking more than I bought it for I know, but that's what it's worth to me as I do have a 200k mi 2.2 Outback that needs some juice :). As far as shipping estimate, I'm wanting to say I paid around $150 to ship it from the lower east coast. It shipped in several boxes which helped.

Let me know if this sounds good and I'll be happy to put together a firm shipping quote for you too.

Looking to quickly get an Outback running so I can sell it. I don't really want to spend more than $250 or so for an assembled, ready-to-put-heads-on block. If I'm going to do bearings, rods, rings, and the crank I can get a junkyard core for less than $100.

I'll let you know if the yards are dry around here though.
