Spec B Rallitek lowering springs on 93?

So I found 4 springs on CL and they are for a 05-09 GT legacy and I was wondering if there was anyway they will fit on a 93 legacy l sedan

Just asking cause I had no idea. What would be the best way to lower it just a bit. STi struts and springs?
