transmission has little /no reverse any hope other than rxr the whole thing?

Welcome to the BBS.
Can you provide some additional information on the problem. Is this in an 03 Subaru, or an 03 tranny swapped in a turbo Legacy?

ok if you go in reverse ,it barely moves to no movement ..but all forward gears work great ...no swaps where done to her ...she acts like not enough psi to clutch pack ? i think its maybe the valve body area ??

I would tend to agree with you it's likely something with the valve body.
What model Subaru is your car, Legacy, Impreza, Forester...?
