Alright guys I was doing a TPS sensor on a 97 Legacy Outback yesterday. Unhooked the battery to do it, hooked the battery back up and security system went off. Car would start but lights kept flashing. i unhooked the keyless entry box and now it wont start, no click or crank or anything(no radio, headlights, nothing). I dont have the keyless entry keyfob. heres what ive done/checked.

-All fuses/fusible link are good
-held the security system override button(black button with brown wires by drivers kick panel)
-followed these steps but my door locks wont cycle
Programming or Overriding the Alarm when you have lost the remote
Open driver's door.
Turn ignition key to 'On'
Press and *hold programming button* in (see diagram, button under dashboard)
After 15 seconds the the door locks will cycle 3 times. Do not release Programming button
Press lock (left) button the remotes to be programmed. The door locks will cycle one time.
Exit programming mode by releasing Programming button under dashboard and turning key to off.

-Left the key in the ON positon disconnected battery and reconnected the battery

Any ideas? I dont care if I have to delete the keyless entry/security system I just wanna override the no start and have the car running

It's an issue with the keyless entry system. I don't know how they are specifically wired up, but it sounds like it needs to be reset.

You may want to take a look at this link.
