I've been noticing that my struts sound like they are leaking air when engaged, and the car absorb shoskc poorly lately (especially when going to work crossing shitty road and rail road tracks eurk

)....besides that the car is may be a little loose when driving but nothing scary really.
Anyway trying to figure out of I need to worry about it, how long I have before replacement, cost etc...

Do you have the air suspension or just regular struts? If you have regular struts, I'd suggest looking at the struts for any fluid leakage. If you don't see any fluid leakage, it's probably not a super critical item, but if the struts are pretty worn, they can cause premature tire wear and provide poor handling, especially in an emergency situation.
You can find KYB GR2 struts for about $75 or so per strut. That's what I'd recommend.

Air struts can do that when they're shot—he might already have GR2s.

Thanks guys,
I'm trying to figure out which struts I have.
If you mean by air struts, the one that adjust your car height, then no, I don't have these, they're regular struts.
I know they are mcpherson struts, not sure which one.
Just made a search for mcpherson struts online and ended up on gr2's for about 50$ a pop, not bad at all.
I'll keep searching for what I have exactly the nest days to make sure the problem is diagnosed right.
Sounds like a leakage so far...
