was drivin home from work the other night, car runnin fine. out of no where, was at a light, started to bogg real bad, like if not getting fuel. but i have a new fuel pump/filter, new plugs, new plug wires. so i stopped and checked it out, thinkin a hose came loose or somethin, all good. get back in and go, no bog, goes like a scalded dog. couuple minutes later. bog, push in clutch and rev alittle, no bog, then bog, then no bog. let out clutch, no bog and accelerates fine. couple feet later, bog, and the more gas i gave it the worse it would bog.
any opinions?

I would suspect the MAF sensor. I had intermittant power loss/bogging issues over 10 years ago that I finally tracked down to the MAF sensor.

I'd suggest pulling the air filter out to make sure it's not clogged, also you can remove the air box and look at the screen on the MAF sensor, see if it looks dirty.

You can also check the ECU for codes stored, and perform an "active" diagnostic. Instructions are on my site:

The MAF sensors can sometimes be cleaned, but usually if you have an issue and cleaning doesn't work, it's a good idea to replace it. You should be able to find a used one in the parts shed for a reasonable cost.
