ok i took out my whole dash to suede it ( turned out terrible) and put it all back in and then the day after my car has been stalling while im driving so kinda scary, its when i put the clutch in the rpms drop too low and stalls, also my exhaust broke in half about 3 feet after the down pipe. could one of the wiring harnesses have came loose? or does the exhaust have anything to do with it? i have less power too with the exhaust how it is

What did you remove (wiring harnesses, etc) to get the dash out? I'd suggest double checking all that.
Did you do any work in the engine bay?
I don't think the broken exhaust would be causing the stalling.
Have you tried checking for codes and performing the active engine diagnosis?

nothing in the engine bay, and only a few wire harnesses were unplugged, radio the heater thing and anything attached to those 2, havnt tried the engine codes, but it was going on and off when the stalling was happening not right at the time but same day

Check the codes and see what is in there. No sense in guessing the problem when the ECU will lead you towards the place to check.
I've learned that a long time ago.
