Where on the engine can I tap in for an oil pressure guage?

You can use the location for the stock oil pressure switch or one of the other oil gallery plugs.
I'd suggest checking out my last post in this thread which will give you some options on fittings to use to make things work.

Are the oil gallys the ones on top of the engine that are 8mm hex?

Yes. There's one in the front where the stock oil pressure switch is located underneath the alternator and one back near the crank case vent on the block.
