so do the 93 corner lights fit a 91 legacy if i swap the fenders?

You would need to swap the hood, grill, fenders, and bumper to make the corner lights fit. There's a couple posts about front end conversions and what it takes to make it work.

I had the same thought awhile back. Definitely doesn't work.
