Seatbelt Light Code 24

I did not want to jack Baddog's thread so I made this one.
Just today when I got out of work, I noticed my auto seatbelts came up really slowly. I didn't think anything of it, but as I was driving home, the passenger's side auto seatbelt kept clicking, it kept like hitting the limit of going up, this happened ever minute or so.
Checked to see if the seatbelt light was on and it wasn't. So I kept driving around, whatever, nothing to it.
Then my driver's side seatbelt would work intermittently, sometimes it wouldn't go down, sometimes it wouldn't go up, and when I got home, my seatbelt light finally tripped.
I did not have to ground any connectors or anything, the seatbelt light just kept flashing code 24. From what I understand, this code means that the rear limit switch on the passenger's side is remaining on. I looked for electrical connectors on the passenger's side but I could not find anything.
Can someone please guide me as to what I should do next? Where is this passenger's side rear limit switch?
Thanks guys.
