I found this local near me and my ej22t just started one hell of a knock. I know I can;t just bolt it up but what can be bolted up to it from our engines? Will I need to change ecu and harness also?

That will bolt right up. I actually have one sitting in my garage ready to be played with.

Hey, so do I! Mine also has spun bearing. Came with the crank, 2 pistons and 3 rods since the guy lost the other ones. Got it for $50 so I couldn't really pass it up.

I think that you have to drill out the coolant passages some more on the 2.2 heads, but yes everything bolts up.

I actually rebuilt my 2.2 with eagle rods and wiseco pistons. But next build will be an ej257. Lef me know how yours is going since the conversions still confuse me

What did it cost to rebuild? I want to fix my 257 and throw in new pistons and rods and maybe crank.

Depends on how far you go with it. I replaced/rebuilt almost everything:
Bored block .020= $200
Wiseco Pistons=$355
Eagle Rods=$400
Rebuild heads=$180
New water pump, oil pump= $200
Rebuilt Power steering= $50
Crank #1=destroyed
Crank #2=Crapped out
Crank #3=$50
ACL bearings=$90
Light Weight Harmonic Balancer=$80
Belts=$60
Gasket Set (Subaru Only)=$170
Random stock hoses and O-rings that got lost or got old=$120
Fluids=$70
Little over $2000. I have also added a 3inch DP and building full custom exhaust so price slowly goes up.

Yeah i am looking for a block to buy, a buddy of mine has one who will sell it cheap to me with rods and pistons... all done already. Thinking about waiting to just buy a new ej257 block and just start from scratch.

Starting from scratch is good. Go with forged internals so that way you can add on power upgrades later and not worry about opening the block again, it gets old after a while

Yeah that is what I was thinking, just not sure exactly what would be the best setup
