I am compiling a parts list for a new turbo/tmic - I did my research, let me know if I'm missing anything.

I have a 06 TMIC currently... I will be purchasing the following...
-td04 from 03 WRX
Y-pipe kit from ebay
2.25in 90 degree silicon hose from siliconintakes.com (right size?)
t-bolt clamps
50/50 BOV (more for fun than for an upgrade)

Missing any parts? Also, with the BOV, anything I need extra to run it?

Also - I only plan on running 11-12 psi with the TD04, this should be fine with the stock injectors right?

Thanks

just a warning: The ebay Y-pipe (made for 02/03 tmic) doesnt fit the 06-07 tmic well. Members on here have blamed the ebay y-pipes for this, but if you look at the 06 tmic one of the y-pipe outlets is not quite straight. IMO the intercooler is to blame for this problem. You will be able to make it work with some "encouragement" but it wont be a smooth path. If youre lucky it wont leak under boost (mine did not).

You will need some random exhaust tubing to connect the silicone 90* inlet to the rest of the intake. You will most likely have to relocate your water coolant tank and reroute the coolant lines. The coolant tank will be in the way of the tmic. do some searching on here and you can see what others have done. I got a WRX tank and put it by the passenger side headlight next to the intake box. You will also need to relocate the "F" pipe coming out of the passenger side rear crankcase vent for the PCV system.

As for the BOV, if you are using the stock BOV location, the throttle cables will be in the way of the recirc portion of the valve. when I ran into this problem I capped off the intake return and ran the stock BPV to atmosphere. BAD IDEA. These cars seem to constantly blow off back into the intake during idle in order to keep rpm's steady, the idle would jump up and down until the car died. I recommend using the stock bpv. You can buy a universal adapter on ebay and have a hose run off that and into the stock bpv. I used a preformed radiator hose with a 90 degree bend. Make sure you also have the throttle body to intercooler coupler, 2.75" ID.

Edit: 11-12 lbs is fine from what ive read on here. Im running 13 lbs with no issues. If you run over 11 lbs you will most likely hit fuel cut occasionally. you will hit fuel cut if boost raises above ~12.5 psi for more than a few seconds. In that case you can install a fuel cut defender.
