At $65 a pair you'll likely be needing new struts shortly.

I've bought from them before with parts. Everything arrived as scheduled. I ordered headlights, grille, front bumper and turns for my s10. product was alright. doesn't help with your question though i guess. for $65 though its cheap and if they blow in a year or 2 would it be worth the little money invested? or go to a junkyard

Email or send them a message and ask what brand they are.

I called. They are made in Taiwan or China (no fooling!)...and they come with a 1 year warranty. I'm going to go with them and see what happens.

Keep us posted; I'd imagine they work fine out of the box but it'd be nice to know if they keep it up after a few dozen thousands of miles.

Heck, I havent even installed them yet. I not only buy them, but offer to install them and dispose of the old ones and the kid blows off our appointment twice...and its MY kid! And, (now I'm rolling) I have 4 snow tires, which I bought, in our garage for him to get mounted and balanced...which I would even pay 1/2 of! ARRRRGGGGH! I'm better now...thanks

back on topic...I digressed. The fitment is CRAP! I had to cut a fair amount of metal off the bottom tab of each strut so there would be enough clearance for the mounting holes to line up. That sucked!...but wait, theres more. the stock tires were rubbing on the strut! A number of healthy angry swings with a 3 pound sledge and multiple tire fittings finally did the trick. I will contact the ebayer and post their response here.

Wow. I wonder if they were built from a design for a different car.
Do you have a link to the auction listing? I'm curious to see what it looks like.

Huh, that listing actually doesn't look so unreasonable... I would have expected cheap build quality but still a decent fit. Did the part number on the packaging they sent you match the one in the listing?
I hope you at least get some money back from them for your frustration.

Lesson learned, you get what you pay for with struts.
