What is the ignition system in it? The EJ22s we have use a single unit, dual ignition coil waste spark setup that sits in the top middle of the intake manifold.
This is it now, pushed out of the garage last year, the first time it's saw sun in 5 years.
Here is it shortly after I got it, how it looks in my first book, and close to what I want to get it back to:

I'm envious of your car.
I think what you call an ignition bobbin is what we call an ignition coil. No cars sold in the USA had the same type as you have. The guys at
RS Liberty Club have the same engine as you do so maybe they can help you find one.
