So I have a set of 98-99 ej25d heads, I'm trying to find out what valves, springs and cams that I can use.
The goal is 8k rpm (just a wish) I know that the version 4 parts will fit but where to go for the parts
here in the states. Are the my02-03 usdm wrx valves and springs transferable? I know the cams aren't due to the bearing design. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

USDM WRX stuff is a no go. Larger base circle on the came means it has shorter valves.

Aftermarket or EJ20K stuff is what you need. Head to the Pre 2002 factory forced induction thread on NastyCock (NASIOC). A few of the regulars over there can be trusted.
